Are you a driven, enthusiastic, and motivated Service Advisor? Can you deliver 5-star customer service? Would you like the opportunity to work for a premier brand?

Due to operational needs within our Service Department at Bury St Edmunds Audi, we are seeking an experienced team member to provide our discerning customers with exceptional service.

Joining as a Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Booking vehicles into the technical workshop
2. Liaising with the workshop to track vehicle progress and ensure vehicles are ready at the promised time
3. Maintaining product expertise and updating knowledge through manufacturer-led training
4. Explaining invoices and processing payments via PDQ machines
5. Adopting a professional approach to selling required repairs
6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration
