Job summary

One to One personnel Limited is seeking a Service Advisor in the Heathrow area to oversee daily service reception operations and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate combines motor vehicle knowledge with excellent communication to keep the service department running smoothly.

You will manage bookings, maintain customer service schedules, and ensure all service documentation is accurate and compliant while working with a supportive team and contributing to a positive customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements clearly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Control and maximise service and repair bookings, ensuring resources are available on schedule.
• Support and maintain customer service schedules, MOT and Licence requirements.
• Audit work orders and service documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure service documentation and defect procedures are followed.
• Maintain daily flow of quality job cards to administration for costing/invoicing.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and safe work practices at all times.
• Coordinate sublet work with specialists and plan as required.
• Respond to inquiries by greeting customers appropriately and professionally.
• Update DMS marketing records for existing or new customers.
• Raise job cards for each vehicle with required checks and documentation.
• Promote additional services and products to customers.
• Liaise with service advisors, parts staff and workshop controller.
