IRIZAR UK LIMITED in Blyth is offering a Service Advisor Apprentice position. You will support the Aftersales team by handling warranty claims, enquiries, and coordinating repair bookings while maintaining records.

The role provides training at Doncaster College or North Lindsey College, day release, and the Level 3 Business Administrator standard, with potential long-term career opportunities within Irizar UK.

Competenze

• The successful candidate must have a driving licence or be able to get into the office within a reasonable commute time.
• You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or maths at level 4 or above.
• Training is for the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship.

Mansioni

• Managing warranty claims and maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets.
• Creating invoices through company systems to recover warranty costs.
• Producing monthly reports on warranty recovery performance.
• Assisting customers with breakdowns, repairs and service enquiries via telephone and email.
• Booking warranty repairs and coordinating work with engineers, service agents and suppliers.
• Building positive relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
