Job summary

Volkswagen Group is offering a one-year Parts Advisor apprenticeship in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience in stock control, customer-facing service, and ordering various vehicle parts and accessories to support trade counter customers and workshop teams.

You will train via virtual and face-to-face sessions at a dedicated centre, with travel and accommodation costs covered for training. Successful completion leads to Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner and progression within VWG.

Qualifications

• GCSE grades 9–4 (A–C) in English, Maths and Science or equivalent.
• Scottish Nat 5 if applicable for Scotland.
• Equivalent qualifications accepted (e.g., BTEC, OCR Nationals).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to customers with vehicle issues.
• Take sales orders face-to-face and by phone.
• Stock control for vehicle parts and accessories.
• Maintain an orderly stock room.
• Raise invoices for parts sold and liaise with internal teams.
