Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a Service Advisor for a car main dealership in the Worcester area. You will interact with customers to explain service needs, costs, and timescales, and you will manage job cards and invoicing while aiming for high CSI results.

The role requires strong customer service skills, enthusiasm for the motor trade, and a full driving licence. You will be confident with up-selling opportunities and maintaining professional customer rapport.

Responsibilities

Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Location – Worcester

Service Advisor Duties include:

• Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
• Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
• Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
• Produce job cards on in-house computer system
• Update customer and vehicle records

• Preparation and completion of invoices

For this Service Advisor position you will have:
