Job summary

West End Garage | Kia in Woking seeks a proactive Service Advisor to join the aftersales team. You will be the face of the dealership, guiding customers through servicing and repairs and coordinating with the workshop.

You'll explain repair recommendations, upsell maintenance, and keep customers updated throughout the day. A customer-focused mindset and teamwork are essential; automotive experience helps but is not required. Great progression and rewards available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential.
