Job summary

Vertu Kia Edinburgh is seeking a Service Advisor to join our established aftersales team. You will be the key link between customers and workshop, ensuring an outstanding service experience throughout the service journey.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most important positions within our dealership. Like us, you understand that great customer service is about more than simply providing a service; it's about building trusted, lasting relationships with customers. Acting as the key link between our customers and workshop teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the service journey.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations, keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle, identifying and recommending additional products and services where appropriate, and following up after the work has been completed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous customer-facing experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous Service Advisor experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
