Job summary

Stockport Kia, part of Lookers Motor Group Limited, is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site in Stockport. This permanent full-time role offers 42 hours per week with a basic of £29,000 and an OTE up to £35,000.

As a Service Advisor, you will manage bookings, upsell parts, and liaise with the Aftersales team to schedule work while delivering a first-class customer experience and opportunities for training and progression within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories
• Liaising with Aftersales to organise and schedule appointments
• Managing a high-volume of customer inquiries and calls
• Informing customers of turnaround times and keeping them updated
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems
