Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Vertu Ford Stoke to join our well-established and thriving team as a Service Advisor!

Salary: £30,000 basic + fantastic company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

What does the role involve?

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales department, ensuring our customers receive first-class service. Your role will include:

  • Building trusted relationships with customers, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Managing customer expectations and keeping them informed throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
  • Following up with customers to ensure they’re delighted with the work carried out

Who are we looking for?

For this role, we are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
