Job summary

Allen Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor for our Ford dealership in Rayleigh. You will update customers on vehicle status, book vehicles into the workshop and provide clear information on needed work, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll aim to meet performance targets, upsell parts and services, and ensure GDPR compliance. The role is full-time, 47 hours per week, Monday to Friday with one in three Saturdays, with a £31,063.24 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500, reporting

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Great attention to detail is essential.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Experience using computer software systems (CRM) is desirable.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Service Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Rayleigh. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have.

As a Service Advisor you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:

• Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
• Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
• Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 47 hour working week Monday – Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday’s, £31,063.24 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
