Job summary

Vertu Ford Newcastle is seeking a Service Advisor to join our friendly, well-established team. You’ll be the link between customers and the workshop, delivering an outstanding service journey from start to finish.

We offer a £33,213 basic salary, 25 days holiday, pension, rewards platform, staff discounts and ongoing training with clear progression. Experience in customer-facing roles is essential; you will manage expectations, build relationships and drive additional product and service

About the role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of the dealership – acting as the link between our customers and our workshop team. This is far more than just booking in vehicles; it’s about building strong, lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.

You’ll

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs

What We’re Looking For
