Job summary

Snows Motor Group in Newbury is seeking a Service Advisor for our Peugeot dealership to become the focal point for customers seeking servicing and repairs, coordinating between workshop and customers.

You will provide estimates, manage invoices, ensure warranty submissions, and support colleagues with information flow. The role offers training, a competitive package, and progression opportunities within Snows.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines.
• Ability to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.

• PC/Web literacy.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Retail automotive service experience preferred.

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Peugeot dealership based in Newbury.

Responsibilities

Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 (with 30 minutes for lunch).
