Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Croydon is seeking a Service Executive to deliver outstanding customer service and support our service department in Croydon. You will be the main point of contact for customers, coordinating service processes and ensuring a smooth journey from check-in to delivery.

Working hours are 45 per week, with Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm and Saturdays on a rota. The role offers an OTE of up to £41,000–£44,485 and benefits including life insurance, pension and an employee assistance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an aftersales role within a busy automotive department.
• Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Clear and effective communicator with strong customer focus.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in using CRM and service management software

• Dedication to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence

• Right to work in the UK

• Full UK manual driving licence

Summary of role

• Location: Mercedes-Benz and smart – Croydon, CR0 3JP

• Working Hours: 45 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, regular Saturdays on a rota basis for time off in lieu
