Job summary

Autotech Recruit Ltd is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership in Liverpool. This temporary, full-time role offers an immediate start and a potential permanent position for the right candidate.

You will manage customer bookings, keep clients informed through the repair process, liaise with the workshop and look for opportunities to upsell while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Kerridge and/or Pinewood experience desirable
• Available to start at short notice

Contract Service Advisor

Location:Liverpool
Contract: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £18-£21 per hour PAYE (paid via umbrella company)

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership within a large automotive dealer group.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Service Advisor who is available at short notice and looking for an immediate start. The initial booking is for at least one month, with the potential for a permanent position for the right individual. Should the assignment come to an end, we’ll also work with you to source further contract opportunities.

The Role
