We are offering a £30,000 basic salary plus company benefits.

Role Overview

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. You understand that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations, maintaining communication throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upselling additional products, and following up with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the work carried out.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates with previous customer-facing service experience; this is essential for consideration. Customer focus, relationship maintenance, and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
