Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is supporting a Carlisle-area dealership with a Service Advisor vacancy. You will welcome customers in the service reception, book vehicles in, raise and close job cards, and secure authorisations for work. Experience with Kerridge and exposure to RTC/One Link are advantageous. A strong customer service background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service in a dealership environment.
• Strong administrative skills with accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Familiarity with Kerridge system is advantageous.
• Experience with RTC and One Link systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the service reception.
• Book in vehicles for service/repair work.
• Raise and close job cards, gain authorisations for work.
• Liaise with workshop on progress and parts/work status.
• Arrange courtesy cars using One Link system.
• Costing, invoicing, and customer handovers with upsell where appropriate.

Service Advisor Requirements

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
