Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will be a vital member of the Aftersales Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering the Service Core Process and Aftersales Experience according to training, guidance, and expectations.
  2. Engaging with and implementing a robust customer communication strategy.
  3. Maintaining complete and accurate electronic records.
  4. Developing effective relationships with the Workshop Team to ensure smooth information flow from front-of-house to workshop, in a timely, accurate, and clear manner.
  5. Contributing to a quality culture focused on first-time fixes.
  6. Utilising available tools and resources to become a specialist in your area.
Prerequisites:
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Previous motor industry experience preferred
