Job Opportunity: Fleet Service Advisor

Join our team as a Fleet Service Advisor within Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS). Working under the guidance of the Call Centre Manager and Fleet Service Supervisors, your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre within KPI.
  2. Ensure all warranty items are issued to correct suppliers within reasonable timescales.
  3. Manage the movements of broken down vehicles and replacement vehicles (spares) to meet KPI and SLA time frames.
  4. Chase suppliers for the timely completion of jobs, maintaining VOR within KPI.
  5. Update system notes to reflect job statuses and log customer calls, keeping customers informed about vehicle repairs and responding promptly to queries.
