Van Mossel Automotive Group UK Ltd's Porsche Centre Perth is seeking a Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering an exceptional ownership experience in keeping with the Porsche brand values. You will manage the service journey from check‑in to handover, provide regular updates, present recommendations, and work with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.

Salary £36,000 per annum plus a bonus up to £5,000 OTE, with potential earnings of £7,500,

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify aftersales opportunities
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Premium/luxury automotive experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Delivering a warm, professional and personalised welcome to every Porsche customer.
• Managing the complete service and repair process from vehicle check-in through to handover.
• Providing regular updates and building strong customer relationships throughout the ownership journey.
• Presenting repair recommendations, Vehicle Health Checks and additional service requirements clearly and professionally.
• Working closely with Workshop Controllers and Technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle completion.
• Preparing accurate estimates, invoices and service documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Promoting Porsche Service Plans, accessories and aftersales products where appropriate.
• Consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting departmental performance targets.

We have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Perth.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop team, delivering an exceptional ownership experience that reflects the prestige and values of the Porsche brand. You will guide customers through every stage of their service and repair journey, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, communication and professionalism.

Hours of work will be: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm (with time off in lieu).
