• Manage customer vehicles and key allocation on site.
• Prepare service invoices with technical explanations per manufacturer standards.
• Plan and allocate work to Service Technicians for maximum productivity with Service Team Manager.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, Warranty Audit, and complete required training and accreditations.

Job description

As a Service Advisor, you are fundamental to our customers' ownership experience, and the overall performance of the Aftersales Department.
