This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers, engineers and colleagues across the business to help coordinate service activities, manage administration processes and keep vital records up to date. You'll play an important part in delivering a great customer experience while ensuring service jobs progress efficiently from start to finish. Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.
