Are you an experienced Administrator with strong customer service skills and experience using ERP systems?
We're recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused Service Administrator to join a growing and supportive service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex processes, solving problems, supporting customers and keeping systems accurate and up to date.
This role is initially to provide maternity cover, however the business is growing and there may be further opportunities available for the right person.
Working within a busy Service Department, you will play a key role in supporting engineers, customers and colleagues while ensuring the company's ERP system (IFS) remains accurate and up to date.
You will be responsible for managing service administration activities, processing information, supporting customer enquiries and helping the team maintain excellent service levels as the business continues to grow.

Experience producing reports in Excel would be advantageous but is not essential.
