Enroly is seeking a Service Administrator to support international student credibility assessments for university partners. You will review applications and interviews within CAS Shield, making accurate decisions in line with UKVI guidance and partner requirements.
The role focuses on handling high volumes during peak periods, ensuring quality, timely turnaround, and consistent decision-making across the services team.
We operate as a hybrid workforce, with flexibility to work from home alongside regular team meet-ups in London. The role also requires travel across the UK to meet with partners as needed. The standard working week is Monday to Friday; however, during peak processing periods (July-August & November - January), you will be expected to work a shift pattern that supports service levels, including some evenings and key weekends.
As a Service Administrator at Enroly, you will play a key role in the delivery of our international student credibility assessment service for university partners. Your primary responsibility will be to review and assess student applications and credibility interviews within our CAS Shield platform, making accurate and consistent decisions in line with UKVI guidance and each university’s specific requirements.
Using the functionality within CAS Shield, alongside your knowledge, judgement and attention to detail, you will process a high volume of student applications and assessments. You will be responsible for reviewing the information available, assessing interview responses and applying the relevant university requirements to determine the appropriate outcome for each student.
The role is particularly important during our peak international admissions periods, when application volumes increase significantly. You will work efficiently and accurately to maintain agreed service level agreements, with a strong focus on quality, turnaround times and consistency of decision-making.
This is a fast-paced operational role where your decisions directly support our university partners in managing international student compliance, admissions and conversion. You will work as part of a wider Services team, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality, reliable and compliant service at scale.
We are looking for someone with experience in a high-volume, technology-enabled operational environment, ideally within international admissions or compliance.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
