Job summary

Enroly is seeking a Service Administrator to support international student credibility assessments for university partners. You will review applications and interviews within CAS Shield, making accurate decisions in line with UKVI guidance and partner requirements.

The role focuses on handling high volumes during peak periods, ensuring quality, timely turnaround, and consistent decision-making across the services team.

Qualifications

• Based in the UK and eligible to work permanently.
• 1+ year working in international admissions or compliance.
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess credibility interviews with prospective students to evaluate their credibility and suitability for studying in the UK, adhering to UKVI guidelines and partner universities.
• Analyse the responses, qualifications, and documents provided by applicants to assess credibility.
• Maintain records of interview outcomes and provide clear recommendations regarding decisions.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations and university admission criteria.
• Collaborate with other departments to support the delivery of additional services offered by the company to its university partners.
• Provide conversion support including contacting students who have not yet recorded their interview via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Support on quality audits of processed cases in line with the team\'s quality assurance framework.
