The Botanist Edinburgh is seeking a dedicated Server to create memorable guest experiences from seating to departure. You will blend warm service with knowledge of the menu and drinks, ensuring guests feel welcome and well cared for.

In this fast-paced setting you will take orders, share suggestions, and collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service while maintaining high standards across every shift.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Friendly, confident and approachable demeanor.
• Previous Server/Waiter/Waitress experience is desirable but not essential.

You'll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests sit down until the moment they leave. You'll combine warm, genuine service with product knowledge, attention to detail and a passion for making people feel welcome.

Whether you're recommending a favourite dish, delivering exceptional service during a busy weekend or helping guests celebrate a special occasion, you'll play an important part in creating moments worth remembering.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and guest experience, friendly, confident and approachable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress or within hospitality is desirable but not essential.
