The Botanist Cheltenham is hiring a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the bar, bringing energy, personality and confidence to every shift. You will prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, create a warm atmosphere for guests, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, and work with the front‑of‑house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We're looking for Bartenders who love great hospitality, exceptional drinks and creating memorable experiences for guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service behind the bar.

Your role will include:

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
• Creating a warm, welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
• Building genuine rapport and delivering memorable experiences
• Sharing knowledge of drinks, cocktails and promotions with confidence
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
• Working efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality and consistency
• Supporting stock management and daily bar operations
• Following licensing, food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
• Working closely with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy making people feel welcome.

You'll ideally have experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Bar Staff Team Member or within a customer-facing hospitality role. However, attitude, personality and a genuine passion for looking after guests are just as important as experience.
