Lime Solicitors is seeking a motivated paralegal to join the Serious Injury team. You’ll support with claimant personal injury work, assist with running caseloads from start to finish, liaise with clients and instruct experts, and help prepare cases for trial.

The role emphasizes development, collaboration, and progression within a nationwide firm known for high-quality complex work in the serious injury field. Agile working is offered.

Formación

• At least 6 months experience in dealing with personal injury.
• A passion for assisting people impacted by injury and trauma.
• Excellent communication skills, and an ability to demonstrate empathy when required.
• A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.

Responsabilidades

• Working as part of a team to provide assistance on claimant personal injury work.
• Assisting with running caseloads from start to finish, liaising with clients and instructing experts e.g. medical experts and barristers, negotiating with the other side, and preparing cases for trial as appropriate.
