Job summary

Fort Recruitment represents a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor to manage a busy caseload from inception to trial. You will handle brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and severe orthopaedic claims with a focus on exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Experience in serious injury litigation and caseload management.
• PQE of four years or more; eight+ years preferred.
• Hybrid working environment with office and remote days.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims.
• Conducting litigation from inception to settlement or trial.
• Drafting witness statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Securing interim payments and attending conferences/hearings.

Serious Injury Solicitor – the Role

The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator responsible for managing their own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial. Cases will include brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and severe orthopaedic injuries.

The role is hybrid working with 3 days office work and 2 days remote.
