Job summary

Fort Recruitment represents a leading national law firm recruiting a Serious Injury CILEX litigator. You will manage your own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception to settlement or trial, including brain and spinal injuries and amputations.

The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two days remote, and requires at least 4 years' experience handling serious injury and complex personal injury claims, with a focus on client care and professional

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' managing serious injury and complex personal injury claims.
• Experience handling inception to settlement or trial.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of serious injury claims.
• Conducting litigation from start to resolution.
• Drafting witness statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Securing interim payments.
• Attending conferences, hearings and settlement meetings.

Serious Injury CILEX - the Role

The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator responsible for managing their own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial. Cases will include brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and severe orthopaedic injuries.

The role is hybrid working with 3 days office work and 2 days remote.
