Job summary

Fort Recruitment presents a Serious Injury Solicitor role with a leading national law firm. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and severe orthopaedic injuries.

The position offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with a focus on client care and litigation excellence.

Qualifications

• At least four years' PQE, preferably eight or more.
• Experience as a litigator managing own caseload of serious injury claims.
• Strong client-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception to settlement or trial.
• Conduct litigation and draft witness statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Secure interim payments and attend conferences, hearings and settlement meetings.
• Maintain excellent client care and support team development.

Serious Injury Solicitor - the Role

The successful candidate will be an experienced litigator responsible for managing their own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial. Cases will include brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and severe orthopaedic injuries.

The role is hybrid working with 3 days office work and 2 days remote.
