Douglas Scott Global Recruitment is seeking a Serious Injury Associate in the West Midlands. You will manage a focused caseload of 8-12 cases, lead complex high-value claims, and work alongside Partners and Senior Associates. The role supports hybrid working with no billing targets, enabling thorough case preparation and client focus.

You will mentor Trainees and Paralegals while developing lasting client relationships and contributing to a growing Midlands team.

Qualifications

• PQE 2-8 years in serious injury required.
• Experience developing junior team members.
• Hands-on with own cases and complex work.

Responsibilities

• Run your own serious injury caseload (typical 8-12 files).
• Lead on complex, high-value claims.
• Collaborate with Partners and Senior Associates on catastrophic cases.
• Develop and manage a small group of Trainees and Paralegals.
• Build long-term client relationships with focus on outcomes.
