About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team based in London.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies in collaboration with the director of BD and marketing.
• Manage link building activities and conduct technical SEO audits.
• Oversee on-page SEO and blog strategies.
• Conduct internal and external reporting on campaign progress.
• Enhance website visibility, design, content, conversion, and engagement.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO aspects such as Pagespeed, robots.txt, sitemap.xml.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Majestic, Screaming Frog.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL databases is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like German or Spanish are advantageous.
• Additional SEO qualifications are a plus.

Work Pattern

Part-time role working 3 days per week (60% FTE), with potential to increase to 4 or 5 days, by mutual agreement. Hybrid working model with 1-2 days in the office weekly.
