ABOUT THE ROLE

The SEO Specialist will design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct regular audits to identify challenges and opportunities
• Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) to track and optimise SEO performance
• Translate complex SEO data into actionable insights
• Proactively identify and resolve site performance issues
• Work closely with the content team to implement SEO best practices in content creation and regularly optimise existing content
• Ensure a balance between SEO best practices and user experience
• Implement ethical link-building strategies, including outreach to relevant domains

This is a hybrid role, with weekly travel to the office in Woking required.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate for this SEO Specialist role will have extensive experience (at least 4-5 years) managing SEO across multiple websites - both B2C & B2B.

What we're looking for

• Experience of developing and executing SEO strategies based on analysis
• Proven success working with brand teams to deliver impactful SEO strategies
• Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4)

You will also need to be:

• Dynamic and adaptable – someone who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Able to work autonomously and thrive at the opportunity to make a difference
• Highly analytical and experienced in tracking performance, testing and continually optimising
• Data-driven - an expert in analysing KPIs and using tools to optimise performance
