Job summary

Legend is hiring an SEO Specialist who will own the SEO performance for a key market, with the freedom to scale data-driven strategies across large websites. You’ll experiment with AI-enabled workflows and build scalable automation while partnering with a fast-moving team.

You'll translate complex data into actionable opportunities, prioritise changes, and contribute to a broader SEO strategy that reduces repetitive work and increases impact across Legend’s portfolio.

The Role

Legend is hiring a SEO Specialist, reporting directly to our Head of SEO.

This isn't a traditional SEO role focused on optimising pages one by one. You'll own and optimise one of our key markets, but you'll also have the opportunity to zoom out, work with large datasets and help us rethink how SEO can be done at scale.

We're investing in a more data-led, strategic and AI-enabled way of working, and you'll be right at the heart of it. You'll experiment with AI and automation, turn repeatable SEO processes into smarter workflows and build solutions that could ultimately be adopted across the wider team.

You'll have existing roadmaps, best practices and early AI experimentation to build from, but plenty of space to challenge how things are done. Whether you're analysing the impact of changes across thousands of URLs, identifying the next opportunity in your market or creating an automated QA workflow, you'll be encouraged to think bigger than the individual page and make an impact across our portfolio.

We're looking for a strong SEO who loves getting into the data, questions what it's telling them and is excited by what AI and automation could unlock. You don't need to be an AI expert. What matters is that you're already experimenting, learning and looking for smarter ways to solve SEO problems.

Your Impact

• Own the SEO performance of a key market, driving its roadmap forward, uncovering new opportunities and keeping us ahead of the competition.
• Turn complex data into action, spotting patterns and opportunities across large websites and using them to shape what we prioritise next.
• Experiment with AI and automation to make your own SEO workflows faster, smarter and more scalable without compromising on quality.
• Build and test automation workflows that can scale across the wider SEO team, including opportunities to transform how we approach areas such as SEO QA.
• Look beyond individual markets to measure the impact of wider changes across our portfolio and turn your findings into clear strategic recommendations.
• Help shape how SEO evolves at Legend, reducing repetitive manual work and creating more space for strategic thinking, experimentation and high-impact optimisation.

What You'll Bring

• Strong SEO fundamentals, particularly across on-page optimisation, alongside enough technical SEO knowledge to understand how processes work before looking at how to automate them.
• A highly analytical mindset, with experience working with complex datasets and using data to identify patterns, diagnose problems and uncover opportunities across large websites.
• Hands-on curiosity around AI and automation, with experience experimenting with new ways to improve and streamline how you work.
• Confidence using SEO data and analysis to uncover opportunities, diagnose performance and inform decision-making.
• The ability to turn complex analysis into a clear story, challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders with evidence-backed recommendations.
• The agility and ownership to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, problems aren't always neatly defined and you're trusted to find the way forward.

The Interview Process

1. Initial Chat with Talent Partner (45 mins via Zoom)
2. Interview with our team, Head of SEO and Senior SEO Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
3. Take home task – you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team, Head of SEO and Chief Gaming Officer (1hr 30min video via Zoom)
