Legend is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Product, Commercial, Marketing and SEO teams. You will own complex analytics initiatives that shape performance, forecasting and customer insights across our Sports portfolio.

You’ll design advanced models, lead data-driven decisions and mentor teammates while influencing business strategy with data-driven narratives.

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL and Python (preferred) or R with Tableau and statistics.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects from scoping to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management translating business challenges into analytical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end analytical projects shaping commercial, product and marketing decisions.
• Build forecasting models combining financials, historical performance, seasonality and events.
• Redesign Tableau dashboards for faster, actionable insights.
• Improve data quality and data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Apply statistical analysis, behavioural analytics and experimentation to drive revenue and growth.
• Mentor team members and identify future analytical opportunities.

The Role Legend is hiring a Senior Data Analyst, reporting directly into our Head of Data and Insights. This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst who wants to do more than answer questions with data. You’ll sit at the heart of our Sports business, partnering with teams across Product, Commercial, Marketing and SEO to uncover opportunities, challenge thinking and influence the decisions that drive performance. You’ll be joining at an exciting point of transformation. With new products, evolving business models and a growing ambition for how we use data across Sports, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next phase of our analytics capability and how data is used to drive decision‑making across the business. From building smarter forecasting models and transforming how we measure performance, to exploring customer behaviour and laying the foundations for future personalisation, you’ll own complex analytical challenges from problem through to recommendation. This is a hands‑on senior role with real visibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make data a genuine driver of commercial and product strategy. Your Impact

• Deliver end-to-end analytical projects that help shape commercial, product and marketing decisions across our Sports portfolio.
• Build advanced forecasting models that combine financial planning, historical performance, seasonality and sporting events to improve business forecasting.
• Redesign and enhance our Tableau dashboard suite, providing stakeholders with faster, more actionable performance insights.
• Improve the quality and accessibility of data by identifying gaps, optimising reporting and partnering with Data Engineering to strengthen data pipelines.
• Apply statistical analysis, behavioural analytics and experimentation to uncover opportunities that drive revenue, conversion and long-term business growth.
• Mentor team members while proactively identifying future analytical opportunities that help mature our Performance & Insights function.

What You'll Bring

• Expert-level SQL alongside strong Python (preferred) or R, Tableau and statistical analysis skills.
• Proven experience independently delivering end-to-end analytical projects from scoping through to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Commercial mindset with experience using data to influence business strategy and decision-making.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members while driving high standards across analytical delivery.
• Experience within sports betting, iGaming or another digital business with strong web analytics exposure is highly desirable.

The Interview Process

• 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
• 2nd: Interview with our team, Hiring Manager and Senior People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)
• 3rd: Take home task - you will be given a task to complete and return to us for assessment
• 4th: Final interview with our team, Hiring Manager and Sports Stakeholder (1 hour video via Zoom)
