Barbon Group Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Performance & Digital Marketing Executive to drive lead generation across HomeLet, Let Alliance, and UK Insurance Net.

You will own end-to-end SEO and PPC campaigns, plan budgets, run activities, and deliver measurable leads through search and paid media. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics and Ads, and the ability to work across multiple platforms and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven SEO and PPC campaign management experience in a commercial environment.
• Confident with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical skills using reporting platforms like Google Search Console or Power BI.
• Practical understanding of campaign management and optimisation techniques.
• Knowledge of technical, on-page and content-led SEO plus social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
• Oversee PPC budget, allocate spend, monitor performance for ROI.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align campaigns with business goals.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with search engine and paid media best practices.
