Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a hands-on Performance & Digital Marketing Executive to lead SEO and PPC efforts for HomeLet, Let Alliance, and UK Insurance Net. You will own end-to-end campaigns, plan budgets and deliver measurable leads through organic and paid channels.

The role focuses on data-driven performance, campaign optimisation, and proactive communication with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment with overall business goals. A fast-paced, detail-oriented environment is expected.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management in a commercial environment.
Confident using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business suite and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills with reporting via Power BI, HubSpot or similar platforms.
Practical understanding of campaign management and optimisation techniques.
Good understanding of technical, on-page and content-led SEO.

Responsibilities

Plan, build and optimise SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings.
Oversee and optimise the PPC budget to maximise ROI against targets.
Monitor performance, analyse data and provide regular improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align campaigns with business objectives.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Stay up to date with search engine and paid media best practices and trends.
