Qualifications

• Strong experience managing SEO for tech, SaaS, marketplace or digital businesses.
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, search intent and content strategy.
• Proven ability to build backlinks via editorial and digital PR.
• Familiarity with AI search and LLM visibility.

We’re growing our organic presence and are looking for a Senior SEO Manager who can take ownership of Yotewo’s search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search.

About the Role

As a Senior SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing Yotewo’s organic growth strategy. Your focus will span technical SEO, content strategy, on-page optimisation, link building and search performance, while also helping us improve how Yotewo and its content are discovered and referenced across AI search platforms.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who understands both the technical and commercial sides of SEO and can turn search opportunities into measurable growth.

You’ll work closely with the founders, content and development teams, with significant ownership over how Yotewo builds its organic presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own Yotewo’s SEO strategy across commercial and informational search.
• Identify keyword, content and landing page opportunities across technology hiring, staffing and the startup ecosystem.
• Manage technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Optimise existing website pages and content for organic search performance.
• Develop strategies for improving Yotewo’s visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Build and manage a high-quality backlink and digital PR strategy.
• Conduct competitor, keyword and search intent analysis.
• Work with copywriters to develop SEO-driven articles, landing pages and content clusters.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other performance indicators.
• Work with the development team to identify and implement technical improvements.Continuously test new approaches to organic acquisition and search visibility.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing SEO for technology, SaaS, marketplace or other digital businesses.
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent and content strategy.
• Experience building backlinks through high-quality editorial and digital PR opportunities.
• Familiarity with AI search, LLM visibility and the evolving search landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with SEO and web analytics tools.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how organic traffic translates into pipeline and revenue.
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
