Yotewo is a fast-growing UK startup seeking a Senior SEO Manager to own the organic growth strategy across traditional and AI-powered search. You’ll shape SEO initiatives, content strategy and technical optimization while collaborating with founders, content and development teams to expand Yotewo’s organic presence.

This highly autonomous role focuses on turning search opportunities into measurable growth, with strong ownership and a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing SEO for tech, SaaS, marketplace or digital businesses.
• Deep understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Experience with keyword research, search intent and content strategy.
• Proven ability to build backlinks via editorial and digital PR.
• Familiarity with AI search and LLM visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO strategy across commercial and informational search.
• Identify keyword and landing page opportunities in tech hiring and startups.
• Manage technical SEO: crawls, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals.
• Optimize pages for organic performance.
• Develop strategies for AI-powered search visibility.
• Build high-quality backlink and digital PR strategy.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with copywriters to create SEO-driven content.
• Work with dev team on technical improvements and test approaches.
