Job summary

LTF Digital, a leading marketing agency specialising in aesthetics and beauty clinics, is seeking an SEO Manager in the United Kingdom. You will drive organic search success for clients, collaborating with the Head of SEO and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning and executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, conducting audits, and implementing schema markup. You will also optimise local search presence and report on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Proven success in delivering SEO /AIO growth in competitive markets.
• Familiarity with the aesthetics or healthcare industry is advantageous.
• A basic understanding of paid search (PPC), Paid social, and or Email marketing is a plus.
• No Relocation package or Visa Sponsorships

• Manage Google Business Profiles and optimise strategies for local clinics to improve visibility in local search results.
• Work with design, development, and paid search teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.

Role Overview - Based in the UK - MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY WORK IN THE UK

As the SEO Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving organic search success for our clients. Working closely with the Head of SEO and other departments, you will manage and execute SEO and AIO campaigns, deliver technical expertise, and ensure all strategies align with client goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strong communication to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Strong ability to present strategies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from £30k to £37,500K PA - subject to a successful probation
