LTF Digital is seeking an experienced SEO Manager in the UK to drive organic search results for clients in aesthetics and beauty clinics. You will lead SEO/AIO campaigns, provide technical expertise, and align strategies with client goals while collaborating across departments.

The role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strong communication to deliver measurable outcomes, with a remote-friendly team and a dynamic UK-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to develop and execute SEO/AIO strategies and content plans.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Identify high-value keywords and develop content strategies to improve rankings.
• Conduct audits, fix technical issues, implement schema markup and mobile optimisation.
• Collaborate with content to create SEO-friendly content aligned with user intent.
• Run outreach and backlink campaigns to improve domain authority and visibility.
• Monitor KPIs with GA, Search Console, SEMrush and prepare client reports.
• Manage Google Business Profiles for local clinics to boost visibility.
• Coordinate with design, development and paid search teams for cohesive strategies.
