Aspire People are recruiting for a Sensory Support Teaching Assistant in Hinckley. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with sensory processing needs, autism and complex additional needs, helping them access learning in a calm, structured environment.
This role is ideal for patient, nurturing candidates who can build trusting relationships with pupils and work closely with teachers and SEN staff. Pay is £105 per day, Monday to Friday, with potential for long-term opportunities.

Aspire People have partnered with a specialist SEN school in Hinckley who are looking for an experienced and compassionate Sensory Support Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role would suit someone who has experience supporting children with sensory processing needs, autism, complex needs or other additional needs, and who understands the importance of creating a calm, structured and supportive environment.
You will provide tailored support to pupils, helping them manage their sensory needs and access learning as successfully as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
Experience supporting children with sensory needs, autism or complex needs would be highly desirable.
