Job summary

Banijay Rights Limited is seeking a proactive publishing and scheduling specialist to support day-to-day operations across Owned & Operated YouTube and social media channels. You will help monetisation efforts, publish best practices, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely content distribution.

The role requires 3+ years in social video publishing, deep CMS knowledge (YouTube/Facebook), and strong ability to meet tight deadlines while driving channel growth and meeting

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in publishing and monetisation of social media channels.
• Deep experience with YouTube and Facebook CMS.
• Excellent publishing know‑how and ability to grow owned channels.
• Understanding of the television production process.
• Existing relationships with platforms.
• Proven management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Alongside VP/Head of O&O Channels, support day to day management of existing and future Owned and Operated / Talent led YouTube and Social Media Channel monetisation
• Support growth plans for existing channels and manage day to day publishing best practice with both internal and external teams
• Support best practice within all publishing and monetisation workflows across the YouTube and Social Media CMSes
• Coordinate efforts with both internal and external teams to publishing schedules are maintained as expected
• Provide guidance and best practice documents to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Test and learn new features offered by platforms and through third party tools to help support publishing growth and commercial opportunities
• Leverage all data sets and learnings to devise recommended strategy focuses and content pillars
• Attend regular meetings with all key platforms and stakeholders to continue evolving publishing excellence
