VoucherCodes is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to drive mobile-first video production, creator partnerships, and cross-channel growth. You will lead influencer and UGC operations, oversee high-converting video assets, and pioneer launch on YouTube and Reddit to expand brand visibility.

You will collaborate with the social team and paid media to optimize organic performance, balance content with commercial needs, and deliver engaging content that resonates across platforms.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on social media and content creation experience in-house or agency.
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, and other editing tools with strong pacing and hooks.
• Comfort presenting on camera and directing creators behind the scenes.
• Proven experience sourcing, briefing, and managing influencer partnerships and UGC pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit cultures and algorithms.

Responsabilidades

• Content Production: film and edit mobile-first video for organic growth and sponsored partnerships.
• Influencer & UGC Operations: manage relationships with creators and ensure high-converting assets.
• Strategic Channel Expansion: set up and run YouTube and Reddit channels to grow brand visibility.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with social team, UX, and paid media to maximize impact.
