Job Description
Proposed Interview Date: Week Commencing Monday 23 June 2025
Closing date: Sunday 15 June 2025
Contract Type: Temporary until 15 August 2027
Salary: FC4 £24,890.91 to £27,087.17 pro rata
Working Pattern: 27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year as follows:
Monday and Tuesday - 10:40am to 4:40pm and Wednesday - Friday - 9:50am to 3:50pm (Please note these are the specific hours required for this post)

Job Details
Glenwood High School are looking for a Senior Youth Worker to work with groups of young people at Glenwood High School.
Working independently and as part of the Pupil Support team to plan, organise and evaluate activities to support and engage groups of pupils. Success will be measured in pupils' attendance and engagement in school.

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements
You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O grades).
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme
