Position: Business Travel Consultant / Senior Business Travel Consultant

Location: Remote, candidates must be based in Scotland

Company: Established Travel Management Company

Role Overview: Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team. The role involves working on various accounts across different sectors, providing high-level service by booking point-to-point and multi-sector worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers. The role offers a fully home-based setup, working on a small shift pattern from Monday to Friday, between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The salary is up to £32k, dependent on experience, with a quarterly bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Working on corporate accounts, booking worldwide travel arrangements using Galileo
• Booking flights, hotels, car hire, and rail, and providing travel and visa advice
• Handling changes and cancellations
• Ticketing functions

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience as a Business Travel Consultant using GDS Galileo
• Excellent knowledge of flights and fares
• Ticketing experience preferred
