• Experience as a youth worker or willingness to transition from another career.
• Ability to lead sessions with young people in diverse settings.
• Capacity to co-design and support social action projects in the community.

Responsibilities

• Leading youth work in a variety of settings.
• Supporting the development of coworkers and volunteers.
• Codesigning and supporting the delivery of social action projects in the community.
• Working with partners and stakeholders.
• Planning, evaluating and evidencing youth work.
