SPACE is a charitable organisation in Exeter looking for a Youth Support Worker to join our team. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week, including two evenings, with duties across youth work delivery and community engagement.

You will contribute to planning, delivering and evaluating youth work programmes, helping unlock potential in young people, and benefiting from ongoing training and support in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Passion to work with young people and unlock their potential.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training and support.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week including 2 evenings.
