Job summary

Talantir in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive portfolio officer for the Youth Capital Portfolio Team. You will manage relationships with grant partners, monitor progress, and help ensure timely payments and robust reporting.

Working with the Youth Capital Portfolio Office, you will help identify risks, support change control, and develop engagement plans for Youth Spaces Phase 3, including ministerial submissions and stakeholder outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering grant-funded programmes and managing budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and ministers’ offices.

Responsibilities

• Managing the relationship with the fund’s Intermediary Grant Maker and reviewing grant agreements.
• Follow the payment plan and provide financial reporting to support budgeting.
• Work with the Youth Capital Portfolio Office to identify risks and remedial actions.
• Develop stakeholder plans to engage young people for the Phase 3 programme and support ministerial submissions.
