Job summary

Youth Endowment Fund is seeking a Programme Manager for an 18-month fixed-term, full-time role based in Central London with hybrid working. The role focuses on funding decisions, rigorous evaluation, and ensuring high-quality delivery of programmes aimed at preventing youth violence.

You will collaborate with grantees, external evaluators, and internal teams to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure robust, evaluable outcomes across multiple projects within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Deciding which projects we should fund and evaluate, and ensuring funding and evaluations are delivered to high standards.
• Work closely with grantees, external evaluators and our own evaluation team to ensure activities are evaluable to high standards.
• Build strong relationships with grantees and provide ongoing management and support through the life of their funding, including project visits.
